CERP AI is the artificial-intelligence assistant built into CERP. It answers questions about projects, stock, cash flow and pending orders, imports projects from Excel, analyses drawings, tender documents and budgets in the desktop client, and lets you report production and check the site via WhatsApp.

How do AI credits work?
Every licence includes monthly AI credits; the balance is shown under Subscription and extra packs can be bought when they run out.
How do I import a project from Excel?
From Projects, under Import Data: upload the file, the assistant analyses it and proposes creating the project with its tasks and materials. Before anything is created you can review what it detected.
What can I do via WhatsApp?
Check the status of your sites, report production with site reports, register orders, clock in and receive alerts, by linking your WhatsApp number to CERP.
