Frequently asked questions about Sites and certifications
How is site progress recorded?
With site reports: how much of each order was done, which materials were consumed and which resources were used. The site manager can send them from the phone, also via WhatsApp.
How is a certification issued?
From the work recorded in the site reports. The certification goes from draft to closed and is exported to PDF or Excel for the developer or client.
What is the cost centre?
The screen that compares what was planned with what was actually spent on the project: the breakdown by task and by order, with its invoices and expenses, reconciled with the real cost.
What if the client asks for changes to the approved scope?
They are recorded as change orders: they start from the approved budget, keep the reason, can be downloaded as PDF or sent by email and, once approved, are applied to the site.
