CERP's Warehouse module manages the company's and each site's warehouses: material stock with valuation and movement history, material receipts, transfers between warehouses, physical inventory counts and price lists.
What it does
- Several warehouses (central and per site) with valued stock and history of inbound and outbound movements
- Material receipts, full or partial, with a PDF delivery note
- Transfers between warehouses with validation and tracking until the material enters the destination
- Physical inventory: count and adjust the system stock
- Alternative price lists chained by percentage
- Receipts created automatically from purchase orders and transfers
Frequently asked questions about Warehouse
Can I have a warehouse per site?
Yes. CERP supports several warehouses, central or per site, each with its valued stock and movement history, and transfers between them.
How is incoming material recorded?
With a receipt, which CERP creates automatically from the purchase order or the transfer: you confirm what arrived, in full or in part, validate it and the warehouse stock is updated. The delivery note is downloaded as PDF.
What if system stock does not match physical stock?
Run a physical inventory: count the real quantities and CERP adjusts the system stock, with the adjustment audited.
