CERP module

Sales and invoicing

From the certification to the paid invoice, without Excel in between

CERP's Sales and invoicing module follows the full cycle with the customer: a sales order with lines loaded from the project, an invoice generated from the confirmed order and payments applied to one or several invoices, with the outstanding balance always in view.

What it does

  • Sales orders with manual lines or lines loaded from a project
  • Invoices generated from the confirmed order, with total, paid and outstanding balance
  • Payments applied to one or several invoices
  • Project Income tab: forecast, invoiced and collected, invoice by invoice
  • Orders and invoices sent by email with customisable templates
  • Import of sales orders and customer invoices from Excel

Frequently asked questions about Sales and invoicing

How do I go from a certification to an invoice?

The certification feeds a sales order through “Load project lines”; once the order is confirmed, you generate the invoice and then record the payment. It is the full cycle from the site to the invoice.

Can I see how much I am owed per site?

Yes. The project's Income tab shows forecast, invoiced and collected amounts, broken down invoice by invoice and payment by payment.

Can I export invoices for my accountant?

Yes. Export purchase and sales invoices for a date range to Excel, with invoice, tax and summary sheets, and optionally a ZIP with the supplier PDFs, for your accountant or accounting software.
