On WhatsApp, from the site, you log daily production and check your sites, orders, stock and cash flow. In the project's Schedule tab, CERP IA organizes the whole schedule and gives you the completion date. And from the CERP IA chat in the dashboard you ask for purchase orders and expenses, and it creates them straight away.

It respects permissions by module. If you ask for a purchase order without permission to approve it, it stays as a draft.

Frequently asked questions about AI for site managers
Does CERP IA work on WhatsApp?
Yes. You link your number once, from Settings, in the Integrations tab. Then, from WhatsApp you check your sites, orders, stock and cash flow, and log the day's production. You can also move material between warehouses: CERP IA asks you to confirm and never leaves stock negative.
